At Erji, we stand behind the quality of our products. All our earphones come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can enjoy your music with complete peace of mind.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Issues such as sound imbalance, charging defects, connectivity faults, or physical defects that occur without any misuse.

  • Replacement of defective units with a new or refurbished product of equal value.


🚫 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, cable damage due to bending, etc.).

  • Loss or theft of the product.

  • Accessories such as charging cables, ear tips, or packaging.


πŸ›  Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team at care@erji.in or call +91 7710080239 with your Order ID, invoice copy, and product images/video.

  2. Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

  3. If approved, you will need to ship the product to our Service Center address (shared via email).

  4. Once inspected, we will repair or replace the product and ship it back within 7–10 working days.

  • If the exact model is unavailable, a similar or upgraded product will be provided.

  • Replacement units are covered under the original warranty period only (warranty does not reset).

  • The warranty is applicable only on products purchased from official Erji channels (our website or authorized sellers).

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory for all claims.
