At Erji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return.

Other conditions may apply, and Erji reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the required criteria.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Late or Missing Refunds
